Please be aware that some support under GNU/Linux is included with products purchased from our catalog at no additional charge and this service option is intended for those who need support above and beyond what is already included, or otherwise outside the scope of our normal offerings.

We offer discounted rates for those purchasing a larger number of support blocks at once. We offer a 36% discount for blocks of 10 and a 27% discount for blocks of 5. Time is calculated rounded up to the nearest half hour.
